Can I place my order via your Facebook Page, Whatsapp or Instagram?


Yes, you can, our customer service will get intouch with you in due time for payment processing. All payment should be made first before order is completed.




Can I cancel my order?


Yes! you can. Please inform us 3 days in advance to cancel your order. We will refund your money accordingly. Please get in touch with our customer service team via email to place a cancellation with order number and details of purchase.




Can you deliver my order at a specific time?


Yes, we can. Delivery timing are as follows. (10am - 12pm) (2pm - 4pm) and an additional charge will be applied delivery after 4 pm.




Can I do same day delivery?


At the moment, we do not accept same day delivery. All order will be delivered the next day. According to the specific time slot you picked.




Can you attach a greeting card on my bouquet?


Yes, we can. We can do a customize message for you.




Do you deliver on Public Holiday's?


Yes, we do. We are open everyday from 10am - 6pm. Unless stated otherwise.




What is the latest time I can place my order?


Latest time to place your order is 3pm.
